    Overview

    Seen in Silent Hill: Homecoming, these are human enemies who closely resemble the members of the cult in the Silent Hill film, hidden behind thick coal miners suits and gas masks. The Order Members used to wear their mining suits to travel through the Wiltse Coal Mine in Silent Hill to the mines in Shepherd's Glen, but it would seem that now they just use them to conceal their identity as Order Members.
