    Ryo's first venture to the harbour is to seek out Master Chen, who is mentioned in Zhu Yuan Da's letter to Iwao Hazuki. Later, in disc three, Ryo gets a job there as a forklift driver to save up for a Hong Kong boat ticket and to find out more about the Mad Angels gang who terrorise the harbour. The harbour is the venue for the 70-Man battle against the Mad Angels and the final fight against Chai. The forklift races at the beginning of the working day is referenced in Sega & Sonic All-Stars Racing; Ryo is a playable character who drives his forklift during his power-up.
