    Go to the area marked on the map, then just explore around for a bit making sure to listen to the thugs around for any hints about her location.

    i n the area you'll find thugs who are talking about the shitty job of watching over her. Use Detective Vision to track their position and it will take you to the building where she is held. i

    I got stuck on that as well. Ended up using this video to find her.
