    Morte Asherah is a character that appears in the DS RPG Sands of Destruction.  A renowned criminal nicknamed the Scarlet Plague, she engages in activities to advance the agenda of the World Annihilation Front; a group dedicated to the destruction of the world.  Early on in the game, she receives word that Kyrie, a young man that lives in the isolated village of Barni, possesses a power capable of truly destroying the world and seeks him out in the hope that he can make her desire a reality.
