    A polished Metal Gear themed shooting gallery 0

    When I heard Konami had decided to create a Metal Gear Solid game for the iPhone. I thought it was an interesting idea at the very least. The result is essentially a “Metal Gear” themed shooting gallery, which I’m sure will result in mixed opinions. The game is polished, especially for an iPhone game. The interface is clean and easy to use.     Metal Gear Solid Touch is an interesting take on Metal Gear Solid 4. MGS4 has remarkable storytelling that is one of the best we’ve seen in years. Take that story, sum it up, and then have shooting gallery-like gameplay with touch-screen controls and you’ll have Metal Gear Solid Touch. MGS Touch is set up in a way where you’ll read a bit of text and then jump in to a mission.     When I Think About Snake, I Touch Myself 0

    When Metal Gear Solid Touch was announced, I didn't expect much. It's an iPhone port of a game that pushed boundaries in gameplay, narrative, and graphics. You can't expect it to even remotely live up to its namesake. And I didn't. Yet, ultimately the game rings hollow and offers nothing more than something to do while you're waiting for the bus.General awesomeness sold separately.
