Health packs restore some amount of a players health, and can be permanent or temporary. They come packaged in a variety of forms, from the common med kit, to drugs, medicine, and even food.
Helicopters are flying vehicles, typically with a single large main rotor to maintain lift with a tail rotor to counter rotation induced by this main rotor. They are useful in air to ground combat as well as for quickly inserting and recovering infantry close to the front line.
A homing missile is a missile that locks on to and follows its target. Homing missiles are featured in lots of games, from old school to new school.
Any projectile that incorporates some sort of guidance system, allowing it to auomatically seek out its target.
Ketchup is a popular condiment, usually made primarily with tomatoes, used to liven up everything from omelettes to french fries.

Lava is molten rock, usually from the interior of a planet, and in games is often used as a hazard to players, or as a visible gameplay-area boundary.
A storage utility usually used for items. In video games however, they have a different use: hiding.
Machine guns, generally, are heavier weapons with a rapid rate of fire. To quote the Quake manual, they "eat ammo like popcorn."
Mechs (or Mecha) are humanoid-like pilot driven vehicles often depicted in media as a combat machine. Early examples of Mech/Mecha in video games are often derived from early manga and anime as well as table-top games.
Metal Gears are the military mechs from the Metal Gear series, capable of launching global nuclear strikes from anywhere around the world.

The Mk.23, also known as the SOCOM pistol, is a semi-automatic .45 caliber handgun that is highly customizable and was favored by special ops military forces in the 1990s especially. The successor to the SOCOM, the USP, remains popular today, as does the civilian model, called the Mark 23.

A revolver is a type of handgun that holds ammo in a revolving chamber. It normally houses six rounds, and in games is usually more powerful than standard handguns.
Any firearm meant to be held with two hands, a rifle is a video game object that appears in many combat related video games.
A weapon that launches rockets.
The MK.II is a .22 LR caliber handgun. It is highly accurate, making it popular in world of competition shooting. Though the round is small and generally non-lethal unless it hits its victim in a vital organ.
Suppressors deafen the sound of a gunshot. Can be attached to most weapons.
The weapon of choice for accuracy at long distances. The sniper rifle's slow rate of fire makes it ineffective for close range combat, but its high calibre round ensures that it inflicts maximum damage against the target.
