would you like to see my copy of Megaman 3, Street fighter 2, Simpsons arcade game , etc on MS Dos? No, I do think everyone and their mother is concerned over the quality Port, but also there's a palpable sense of excitement of increasing resolution and frame rate, which on the PS3 and 360 already runs over 60 FPS. And then maybe adding some dumb mod atop of it, Snake skin file.
