The second Sims expansion, Sims: House Party allows Sims to throw parties at their house by picking up the phone and inviting people over. This expansion also includes new party themed objects, new music and NPCs.
The first expansion pack for the widely popular video game, The Sims. It added a number of new elements including new NPCs, 125 new items and new career options.

Construct and furnish a home, and then influence the day-to-day lives of its occupants (called Sims) in an isometrical "people simulator" by Will Wright.
SimCity 3000 is the sequel to SimCity 2000, and yet another simulation game from the people at Maxis Entertainment. In this game, yet another level of depth is added from previous games, along with improved graphics and an improved UI.
A park simulation game released by Maxis in 1998, SimPark allows players to construct and manage a Safari park in Africa. Very similar to the previously released SimPark, but with the added mechanic of controlling the tourism aspect.

The sequel to one of the classics in pinball simulations, and a worthy successor at that.
Another of the "spin-offs" in the Sim franchise by Maxis. Aimed moreso at children, SimPark's objective is to cultivate and manage a successful park and could be considered a toned down version of SimIsle.
A SimCity 2000 spin off where players can pilot several different types of helicopter.
A software "toy" released by Maxis in 1996, SimTunes allows the player to create basic music by using different colored dots on the screen.
One of the many "spin-off" Sim titles by Maxis. The game is aimed at a younger audience, giving players the means to build a small town with limited options as opposed to similar titles, like SimCity 2000, which provided more options and more complex gameplay.
The SimCity Urban Renewal Kit allows players to create their own buildings and put them into SimCity 2000.
SimCity 2000 is a city simulation game where players can build cities from small and neat to large and dirty, or anything in between.
SimRefinery is a computer management simulation game designed to simulate Chevron Corporation's refinery operation. It was developed by Maxis in 1993.
SimLife was a genetic diversification simulator from Will Wright and Maxis. Create new life forms, introduce them to a planet's ecosystem, and watch them flourish or become extinct.
The thinking man's shoot-em-up. Plan your tactics, instruct your troops, and kick Robutt!
SimAnt puts players in control of an ant that can fight, collect food, build an anthole, and invade someone's property.
Somewhat similar to the hit Maxis game SimCity, SimEarth: The Living Planet gives the player complete control of a planet, and must find a way to develop sentient life.
The first installment in the highly acclaimed SimCity franchise by Maxis' Will Wright. The gameplay centers around developing and managing a city in a variety of scenarios using a combination of different zones and buildings.
A dual-screen aerial combat simulation in which the player can choose from eight different jet fighters and battle the computer or challenge a friend.
