Master Eon was once deemed as the greatest of the Portal Masters. He was the last one until you come along. His previous role was protecting the Core of Light with his Skylanders and keeping things like Darkness and evil away. His old age caused him to become weaker and made his job of protecting the core that much more difficult. Once the core was shattered and scattered, Eon lost his physical body and became a guiding spirit. When he became a spirit or ghost of sorts, Eon lost his ability to continue being a Portal Master and could not fight back after Kaos unleased the Darkness.
Master Eon provides the player with narration in the core Skylanders game and instructs his assistant Hugo to help you on your journey.
In the 3DS adaptation of Skylanders, Eon's role is strictly to introduce you to the Radiant Isles. In the web game, there is no storyline so Eon only tells you, the player, how to perform different functions.
He is voiced by Daniel Hagen.
