Overview
Despite being an enemy of Kiryu, he values strength above anything else save his own ambitions. He's dedicated a lot of time and resources in Fukuoka to lure Kiryu out of hiding. He doesn't see the young Daigo Dojima as a suitable Chairman of the Tojo Clan. In his eyes, they have lost their fangs ever since Sera died and Kiryu left the it altogether.
The passion he has for strength has made him out as a man who wears his heart on his sleeve. This is very noticeable with the way he always shouts in almost any conversation he has with anyone. Much like Taiga Saejima, he's very particular about keeping the old traditions of the Yakuza alive to this day.
