    The mental landscape of the 'monster of the lake', Lungfishopolis was transformed into the city that the game portrays by Kochamara (actually Coach Oleander), who brainwashed and mutated the lungfish into a hulking monster that kidnaps children for Oleander's secret plans.
     
    The level itself is a homage to the Godzilla movies, as Razputin (or as he's referred to in this level, Goggalor) is a relative giant to the mindscape's residents and must rampage through the city whilst fighting its navy.
