They are presented as a hispanic street gang which control the western islands of Pacific City.TriviaLos Muertos can be translated to the Dead in Spanish. In addition, La Mugre can be translated to the Dirt.During development, the gang was originally known as the Muchachos.In the Crackdown 3 reveal trailer, Los Muertos were reintroduced with a new kingpin called Vincente Villareal. This is presumably because Crackdown 3 originally began development as a reboot to the series, or it could also be interpreted that this was to be a new chapter of the same gang. Regardless, Los Muertos and Vincente Villareal did not appear in the final release for Crackdown 3.
