Leviathans

History

Billions of years ago, the Leviathans were the apex of life in the galaxy. The Leviathans watched over every planet and species. They noticed that synthetics are war with organics. To prevent another event, they created an intelligence to preserve life. For that instant, it betrayed them and chose them as the first harvest. The Leviathans failed to understand they were part of the problem themselves. The first Reaper was made, which was known as Harbinger. In 2186, Task Force Aurora was interested in the Reapers' history. At 2181 Despoina, Commander Shepard finally met the species. The species later participated in the war but only for themselves. They pledged to make the Reapers their slaves.
