Laughing Octopus

At one point considered a true beauty, Laughing Octopus suffered Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder on the battlefield, essentially becoming the 'Beast' she is now. She is a member of the Beauty and the Beast Corps, all of which have names and weapons that reference past bosses of the series.
