Klubba is the gatekeeper of the tollbooths to the Lost World in Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest.

    Short summary describing this character.

Klubba is the Kremling in charge of Klubba's Kiosk, which serves as the gateway to the Lost World. Fitting with the game's overall theme, Klubba talks with a pirate accent, referring to the Kongs as "maties", and his demeanor is one of extreme aggression and hostility, though this changes to one of friendship and kindness if his toll is paid.

In Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest, there are five tollbooths within the game, each one leading to a different level in the Lost World, and three options (four in the GameBoy Advance remake) to choose from when speaking to him:

    1. Pay 15 Kremkoins (This is the fee to gain access to one level of the Lost World--the player would therefore have to attain all 75 Kremkoins in the game to gain access to all levels of the Lost World.)

    2. Fight Him! (This results in a humorous dialogue in which Klubba smacks the Kongs with his club and mocks them, sending the player back to the overworld map.)

    3. Run Away (Much like the second option, this results in the player being sent back to the overworld map.)

    4. Bag a Bug (A one minute mini-game exclusive to the GameBoy Advance remake that requires 5 Banana Coins and has Diddy and Dixie collecting fireflies while avoiding Klubba, resulting in bananas, Banana Coins, and or 1-Ups.)

In Donkey Kong Land 2, Klubba's Kiosk has only one location--on the main map next to Gloomy Gulch. The player must have all 47 of the games Kremkoins in order to enter the Lost World here.
