    Overview

    She's a "saint" in the eyes of her people. Every day she moderates the laws of the city, by implementing new policies to help make life easier for its citizens.

    Trivia

    Along with a shared voice actress (Miyuki Sawashiro), Kisana has a lot of things in common with her counterpart Makimura Makoto of the Yakuza series. They are both defiant and brave in the eyes of cold-blooded killers, and are in over their heads.
