No, the last one is in an orbit around the sun. You could probably rescue him, but i suspect you'd have to slingshot around the moon or something. I don't know if the B.E.A.S.T boys are up to it, but they've surprised me before.

Yeah, Scott cottoned on to the fact that, at the start of the save they gave him, he had 28 minutes left in the solar system.

@shindig: He had 28 minutes within the SOI of Kerbin. He's not leaving the solar system unless I missed something.

He's probably too far to be EVA'd back into Kerbin orbit right? Not that they would try it (plus, parking a space ship next to another like Vinny did is way cooler), just wondering. Scott managed to get him but he hadn't actually left orbit at that time.

Somehow, i believe they will save him. I just think it will be done in a very surprising way :D
