Kamen Rider Stronger is a Kamen Rider using electricity-based powers. His real identity is Shigeru Jo, a Japanese teen whose friend is killed by the evil organization Black Satan. In order to avenge his friend, he pretends to claim his loyalty to Black Satan and volunteers to join their cyborg project. He is transformed into a cyborg warrior ables to control electricity. He then runs away from Black Satan's basement and travels all over Japan to fight Black Satan.
Kamen Rider Stronger is Shigeru's hero name. He can change into his cyborg form (rider form) using a belt. He is the first Kamen Rider with power up from. He can turn into charge up form after concentrating enough electric energy and power up 100 times stronger, although this form only maintains 1 minute.
