K-Razy Shootout is a single-screen shooter originally developed by K-Byte for the Atari 8-bit family of machines in 1981. CBS Electronics would go on to distribute the Atari 8-bit version as well as an Atari 5200 version of the game.

The game places players inside of a simple, single-screen maze, which is filled with robots. The player is charged with the task of shooting the robots, with a time bonus attached to how quickly the level's reserve of enemies can be depleted. Players can shoot in eight different directions. After the first level, the enemy robots begin to fire back.

Players can escape the level early, if desired, but the player's bonus is reduced and play won't proceed on to the next level until all robots are cleared.
