It's actually kind of inconvenient that most of these play in a browser.

@hassun: For your personal life or? They are all downloadable also, via steam or via file.

Many are ROMs, you can drop em into MAME if thats more palatable.

@forcen: The only Steam games in this bundle are Metal Slug, Metal Slug 3, Metal Slug X, KoF 98 and KoF 2002.

Being able to download the files for the rest is OK but not really ideal. Fightcade is a thing that exists of course...

Does anyone know if it has controller support?

I have Mark of the Wolves on Dreamcast, but I bought this to check it out on PC as well. I'm interested in KOF 98, Samurai Showdown, and Baseball Stars 2 as well.

That 25th Anniversary Soundtrack is going to be killer.

@chu52: It seems like it does. Works with my steam controller emulating a 360 controller. Can't really map the controlls in the application itself it seems but the defaults seem good.

Some news that this uses roms from torrents and some gametap stuff for emulation, not sure if that matters. SNK can use pirated roms of their games if they want right? gametap i don't know about though.

Tried Metal Slug 2 on the latest version of Chrome and it didn't run very well.

I already have KOF 98 and 2k2 on steam and am not really the biggest metal slug fan, so w/e.

Now if we could get Garou: MotW and Last Blade 2 on steam with netplay that'd be pretty great.

They added some more games, no windjammers unfortunately :(

The two KOF 2002 are not actually the same game. The one you pay $10 for is only redeemable on steam.

The wiiki page you linked actually tells you the differences between the two.
