Count Veger is one of Jak's enemies in Jak 3, and the one responsible for banishing him to the Wasteland.
Damus is the ruler of Spargus City, and former ruler of Haven City until Baron Praxis betrayed him during the Metal Head Wars and sent him to the Wasteland. He's also Jak's father.
Daxter is Jak's best friend who was accidentally turned into an ottsel in Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy. Daxter was the comedic centerpeice for the highly succesful Jak series and became popular enough to have a game made after him.
Erol is Baron Praxis' right hand man who crashes into a life-time supply of dark eco after racing Jak. He returns in Jak 3 as Cyber Erol and the main antagonist.
Jak is an orphan who battles to save the world along with his furry friend Daxter.
Kor is the Metal Head leader who disguises himself as an old man and watches over Jak's younger version.
Krew is a crime lord and owner of the Hip Hog Heaven Saloon. He gives Jak missions throughout Haven City and enters him in races for money.
Pecker is moncaw (half monkey, half macaw). He is Onin's translator in Jak II and Damas' advisor in Jak 3.
Samos (also known as the Green Sage) tags along on Jak and Daxter's adventures.
Is a spy from the Wasteland sent by Damus, Ruler of Spargus City. Sig helps Jak in various missions throughout Jak II and Jak 3.
A spy and weapon designer for Haven City's underground resistance, as well as Daxter's love interest.
The leader of the Underground resistance movement in Jak II. He is also the commander of the freedom league in Jak 3.
Vin is a scientist who sends Jak on several missions outside of Haven City. He has a constant fear of Metal Heads and is a bit crazy.
