People who have EFLC have noticed something in the game manual that seems to hint at the next GTA. Rockstar is known for their easter eggs so it wouldn't be too surprising if this was one of them. Yea it's nothing too special but it could mean they really are working on the next game already. I thought it was pretty interesting so I figured I would post it here. Not really sure what it is, but to me it looks like hills with pine trees and a mountain in the background, which makes me think San Andreas. Maybe a new SA game, or SA Stories for PSP? Some people are guessing London since it says Theatre Seagull at the bottom. It also says "Opens Everywhere March". Hell it could just be some of advertising for the manual. I love Rockstar and their mysteries.

I would love to see them do San Andreas again for GTA5, or whatever next installment in the series they announce.

GTA sadly, needs to stay in America to stay viable.

It would be good for GTA to go back to London, but i'm thinking this new thing will be another DLC for GTA 4 if the "March" release date is correct. however, If I'm not mistaken, Microsoft only had a deal to 2 DLC episodes for GTA4 right? this would be good news for the PS3 owners too.

I've also noticed that white silhouette of a man with a top hat on the right hand side saying "what what", that might be a better hint at a London based game perhaps?

It wouldn't be GTA, because stealing cars, murder and extortion are a requirement to live in Scotland, it would basically be The Sims

it really does, i feel the same way. It would be cool to go to london, but they would lose alot of gamers hearts. A new SA will make a killing!

Maybe the flyer means they plan an announcement of the next game in March of next year. GDC 2010 happens to be in March of next year. Now I'm not gonna start wildly speculating here, just pointing out some facts. Of course if it was an announcement next march that would be kinda lame, they could just wait for E3 or any other bigger, more community oriented game show.

Oh JJWeatherman, Rockstar doesn't need E3. In the past they've released new game info outside of E3, but during E3, and ended up being bigger news than anything at E3. I like that they have that power. I think it's safe to say that by March we'll see the first trailer.

Also guys, the revealed picture kind of has a country setting look to it. It appears to have a mountain, a couple trees, and a lake. Some people have suggested San Andreas could be coming back, but now that I think about it... maybe March is when Red Dead Redemption will be released? Maybe they're not alluding to GTA's next stop, but Rockstar's?

They could do Vice City and I would be happy.  They could do San Andreas and I would be happy.  They could set the whole game as some guy in the bathtub talking on the phone for 30 hours and it would still be awesome.

That being said, I hope they make the game a bit faster this time.  GTA4 was awesome, but all those delays were so painful.  If they aren't going to make it fast, at least don't give a date.

For those who haven't played it yet, I won't give anything away but,
Ballad of Gay Tony has several missions hinting at London.

Personally, I'd love to see Edinburgh done, I think it has much more unique locations they could use.  A massive redone version of Vice City would also be very cool.. but yeah, if I were going to place a bet, it would be on London.

Well, there's a piece of dialogue in Gay Tony that says:

"Forget it it, London isn't happening, I wouldn't want to go over seas anyway."

    Or something like that.

That would work as a joke, but as a game the repetitive voice overs would start to show and make it suck.

maybe they could do a GTA with multiple areas, like midnight club. Or you could drive to the airport and take a plane to another city.
