    Is anyone familiar with the game refusing to allow you to recover a collectible? I am trying to pick up the plaque in the "Roadblocks" act of chapter 1 and the "X" prompt won't appear to allow me to do so. I have tried restarting from a checkpoint and it doesn't work. Just wondering if there are any fixes for this issue.

    It finally worked. I figured out what was wrong.
