    Overview

Fuji Television Network, or Fuji TV, is a major network in Japan and covers a wide range of TV shows, features and events. Occasionally, they will publish, license or help produce video games based on their programming.

Among video game historians they are best known for facilitating the creation of Yume Kojo: Doki Doki Panic, the game that would be the basis for Super Mario Bros. 2, as well as producing the GameCenter CX television show which features and celebrates many retro games and would also inspire three games of its own. Fuji TV also controls the license for Formula One games published in Japan, almost all of which carry a credit for Fuji.
