I just got done watching this Danish movie called Princess...super effed up.  You watched anything lately that was uncomfortable, disturbing, unsettling, awkward, etc?

Requiem for a Dream. Some people watch that movie multiple times. I say they have problems.

Pan's Labyrinth was pretty messed up. Also, Colorful was super fucked up. That movie hurt my head.

I'd like to say that a lot of the movies mentioned here are personal faves (Oldboy especially). I showed some friends Riki-Oh once and everybody agreed with me that it's so wonderfully ludicrous that we should have a boozy movie night with it.

Try watching this Japanese movie called Audition.  Extremely messed up...but awesome.

Porn star ODs and dies.  Leaves behind 5-year-old daughter.  Kid is taken in by priest uncle.  Kid is screwed in the head from living in the shadow of her ho-ass mom's fucked up life.  Priest and bastard girl take revenge on the porno industry. ...Abuse.  Child promiscuity.  Crowbars to the head and genitals.  Exploding teddy bears.  Broken elbows.  All animated, save for a few grainy live-action recordings that are hella hard to sit through...this movie hurt my soul a lil bit.

I think House of 1000 Corpses is the most messed up movie i have ever seen but it was not that bad.

Michael Jackson's Moon walker always struck me as odd.
 
 

I have yet to watch anything that has ever conveyed something being "messed up" to any decent degree.

I have seen a ton of those messed up movies. Never liked them.

I saw the original, uncut, X-rated verion of the Hills Have Eyes (the one from the 60s) when I went to England a while back and I really only have one question: who the fuck actually finds such a hardcore and disturbing rape scene to be entertaining?

Antichrist is the most messed up movie ever made.

Anything by Takashi Miike. Dude is a genius when it comes to making fucked up cinema. Case in point: Visitor Q.

The Last King of Scotland? Man... now I don't know if I want to see it....
 
The most messed up movie I can think of is American History X. It's so screwed up that I just can't understand how so many people actually enjoy it. It's a very unpleasant film to watch, with an ending that spits right in your face. The curb stomping scene in particular left me traumatized for months, and dude, I saw the censored TV version!
