The baby is dependant upon a mother's breast milk in those early stages. When it needs to feed, you need to feed it immediately. You don't really have a lot of time to go look for a bathroom, if you even want to use a possibly nasty bathroom (though most are sanitary). 
 
Most women will respectfully move to a quiet part of the store/park/street and sit down so as to not be obtrusive whilst feeding. Regardless of how one feels about sexuality, a mother feeding a child its primary form of nutrition is a necessary and essential part of the baby's growth and health. Risking the child's health because of mammary idolatry is unacceptable. 
 
Having said that, breasts are sexual organs and do provide sexual stimulation. Then again, one can be aroused by many kinds of touching across all portions of the body. We, ourselves, are all giant erogenous zones. Worshiping the very base apparatuses is a fruitless endeavor when arousal comes from everything, even a mere suggestion.

This one time I was enjoying a mediocre meal at Chili's and this woman starts breast feeding this baby. Then my friend points out that it is actually a Turkish midget wearing just a diaper and the woman was actually a Chocolate Lab named Pinky and we weren't actually in a Chili's but an Applebee's.  This might of been a dream but it seems like that kind of shit goes down a lot in Applebee's.

I don't mind when they are discrete about it, either putting a little blanket or their jacket over the goingson. But I have on more than a few occasions, as a waiter had a woman, in the middle of me taking their order, pop open their blouse and serve the youngun, who sometimes were not that young. And they would keep talking to me, without skipping a beat, as if nothing was fucking happening. That creeps me out more than anything about the actual act just the sheer ballsy nonchalance of it. And we were under explicit orders to not say a goddamned thing about it, as our company had been sued in the past by lactivists. 
That has kind of soured me to the whole thing. 
 
That and women who do it blatantly as a way to get attention then blow up at anyone who dares comment on it fucking piss me off. But that applies to anything that people do for those reasons.
