Hey all,
I did something stupid and emailed a bunch of people that I didn't intend to while trying to clear out some of the older orders from the store. Yearly memberships without a shirt are never "fulfilled" according to Shopify since we don't ship anything; they stick around in the system until we manually mark them as fulfilled.
So, I searched for "yearly," clicked "select all," clicked "Fulfill," and then clicked directly through without seeing that the last prompt was going to email everyone.
No one's been been charged again and this shouldn't affect your membership. All it means is that you got an email you shouldn't have. And I can't seem to find a way to email everyone affected in Shopify to let them know what happened. Awesome!
