The *_url fields attached to videos don't seem to reflect the quality options actually available on the site. Many videos (most made after May 2018?) have 8000kbps versions available for download under the HD label but the hd_url field will only ever show the 4000kbps version. I would like to access 8000kbps versions if possible but it's impossible to tell in the API which videos have them.
