Comment ranking system.

Comment ranking system. Quite simply a system where the crème of the crop rises, makes it easy getting through "First"/Fanboy messages. Will GB be getting something like this, as with a growing userbase, the comments system is a sea on nonsense at the moment.

There used to be one and it was abused. I doubt they will bring it back. Personally I think it's a terrible idea, but that's just me.

Not an API issue, but yeah. It didn't work so well. We don't talk about that feature any more. ;)
