Game » consists of 11 releases. Released Feb 10, 2009

    ?

Anyway, I hope it doesnt get buried in February (weird but possible) by Killzone 2,

The first game was flawed but great and they seem to have changed all the mistakes from the first game,

I like horror games, especially when they are mixed with other genres, Condemned 2 was great, I have faith in Monolith...

I'm incredibly excited for it, but I can't speak for the rest of GiantBomb.

From what I've seen of it, they seemed to have addressed the issue of all the levels being the same office corridor over and over.  I loved the first game, though.  So any improvements on it will be icing on the cake....

It's a Monolith game, of course it's underhyped. Hell, it'll probably underperform, because that's just what happens with Monolith games. They've been getting a bit luckier with the recent console generation (Condemned actually did pretty decent on the 360), but seriously, they've never gotten the commercial love that they've deserved (and especially not equal to their critical love).

I'm debating on doing fresh playthroughs of both Shogo and FEAR in preperation for this, but I'm already kind of committed to playing Condemned 2...hrm... Guess I'll put Condemned 2 on the backburner since I'd really rather be able to identify the Shogo connections when I play through Project Origin. Kind of curious just how far they're going to take it.

I couldn't finish F.E.A.R. It was too repetitive.

The first game was severely overhyped, so it all balances out.

Lots of PC gamers are hyped for it (including myself)..but console guys seems pretty relaxed about it (I don't blame them they had a horrible port)

No idea really, but I know even if Killzone turns out very well when I play it, I am looking forward to Fear 2 far more than KZ regardless, and will like it more for sure. I'm definitely excited for it.

I never played the first Fear, but I am really looking forward to this one.
