The point of the rule is this: This is a video game website, not a porn/hentai website. If you want porn, there are lots of other places to look. Sure, it's fan art, but it's showing genitalia, which, whether you like it or not, is against the rules.
Okay, seems you are right. But let me get this straight, if there was some explicit imagery in a game like, say, RapeLay 2 Ultra Hardcore Edition, it would be fine to include it?

I agree with this. The only nudity allowed is supposed to be in game stuff. That looks like fan art to me. And since she looks like she's 8 years old it makes it even worse.

I dunno man, even if she 'looks' like an 8 year old, we know she's not. She's not even real. It's up to the mods to see if there's too much nudity in the second pic, but a as far as the first one, I've seen butts on TV so I kinda doubt that crosses the line. But to say that the pic is 'bad' just because she looks like a kid seems like an attempt to control people's thoughts. Would the same logic apply to a fake picture of somebody getting killed?

Not really, I mean that's up to the people who own the site. I can see why they wouldn't want any nude stuff, cause if that was allowed the place would be flooded with porn. I'm just saying that calling a drawn picture bad just because of the subject matter is sort of anti free speech, anti-free expression, a thought crime, what ever you want to call it.
