Elma is a non-playable character in Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2. She is 19 years old with black hair and brown eyes. Despite being part of a military group, there isn't a uniform code so she wears red armor with a white pleated skirt. Although she is soldier, her personality is fairly upbeat and always warmly welcomes Yuna and her group when she sees them.
Final Fantasy X
Elma is a member of the Chocobo Knights, a group of soldiers that patrol the Mi'ihen Highroad on their mounted chocobos. She is close with the members in her squad made of her Lucil, her captain, and Clasko. However, during Operation Mi'ihen Highroad the Chocobo Knights are nearly wiped out by Sin. The only survivors of the attack are Lucil, Elma, and Clasko. Although Elma expresses remorse over the lose of their forces she is optimistic to get the Chocobo Knights back to full force once they round up more chocobos and recruits. During their rebuilding phase she follows her commander, Lucil, in guarding the remaining Yevon Temples.
Final Fantasy X-2
In the events of Final Fantasy X-2 Elma has joined the Youth League, a group dedicated to acquiring spheres that tell the history of Spira. With this information the group intends to share with the populace of Spira which clashes with the beliefs of New Yevon.
