    Overview

    Electric Fences often impede the player from completing an objective or moving somewhere and usually have a way of turning off/destroying them. For example, in Freedom Fighters to turn off the electric fence guarding the prisoners the player had to use C4 to destroy the power generator for it. The player then could open and unlock the gate with the wrench. Another example of a dangerous fence is in Metal Gear Solid 3 where snake could destroy the control panel for a fence in case he happened to touch it while crawling under.
