    The Dust Men are the gang you tumble with second in inFamous. After getting kicked out of the First Sons terrorist organization, the wildly brilliant, supremely powerful Conduit Alden Tate gathered together the homeless men who lived in the Warrens district of Empire City, some of whom had been granted super-intelligence by the Ray Sphere explosion, allowing them to built heavy armour and assault weapons out of random garbage.
