It seems like Ubisoft is selling this game in their own shop (u-play) for 1 euro. If you are interested, now this sunday is time to get it.
Driver: San Francisco
Game » consists of 18 releases. Released Sep 06, 2011
Tanner returns in this new Driver sequel. Set in San Francisco, the game actually takes place inside his coma stricken brain. This allows him to bend the rules of the road... and reality!
1 euro for this game?
The fun thing about that stupid Ubi store is that they apparently consider game downloads as an affair for people over the age of 18 because even though Driver:SF is only rated 12 by the USK (Germany), I cannot purchase the game between 6am and 21:59pm. I've seen this on Origin once, too but that was for Battlefield 3 and made sense due to the 18 rating.
This is so silly. Hopefully I don't forget it later tonight ...

Any retail game is worth that much, even Home front.
At some (price) point you are not judging if the game is worth the sale price, but if it is worth your time to play it.
There are quite a lot of retail games I would't play for free.

Just installed Uplay and bought Driver, but it isn't showing up in my "Games" list and I haven't received the activation code in my email yet. How long's it supposed to take (PayPal shows that the payment's already been processed).
For me, it said that it might take a bit for the game to show up in the Games tab. Fortunately, it didn't, but maybe their servers are getting overcrowded or something?
Before the receipt page in the review section I got a serial number, maybe you missed that? But same for me with the debit card, straight download button. Also best deal for me this year so far.
@Jrinswand: Uplay is basically their store and their way to play Ubisoft games on PC. I have never had a problem with Uplay or Ubisoft on pc (with their always on system which happens on my steam anyway) but recently they had a major backdoor found and fixed so there could be potential for more?

What is a Uplay? I want Driver but I don't trust Ubisoft.
Ubisoft's Origin.
Which is Valve's Steam? Ugghhh....
No, I mean it's Ubisoft's version of Origin.
I didn't say "Steam", because Steam has pretty much everything on it already, with a handful of exceptions. UPlay seems to be just for Ubisoft products, like Origin seems to be just for EA products. You download it and start the game through it, like you would download a game through Steam or Origin and start it through one of those.
It sucks, yes, but no one else is selling Driver San Francisco for a dollar and I deemed it worth making a UPlay account. Also, if you were to buy it through Steam you would have to use UPlay anyway.

Yeah, me too. LOL. I've heard Jeff and Vinny talk about it enough to know that it's worth getting.
