Hey folks,

My customer rank seems to be stuck at a 1/3 full bar, regardless of how much I purchase from the store. It's currently at rank 2 or 3. I've passed 2 "more expensive stuff" bills. Is this glitched for anyone else?

@Sparky_Buzzsaw: Try getting to Ep 4. Then see if it's still glitched.

@Bocam: All right, I'll check it out. The other thing I was thinking was that maybe the customer rank is directly tied to the "More Expensive" bills, but I don't remember that happening in past games. We'll see what happens.

@Sparky_Buzzsaw: I am very close to rank 4 and I am only in 3-1. Did it work itself out or is it still stuck?

@SuperWristBands: Seems to still be stuck. Not entirely sure what's going on, but as soon as I find a story mission where I can "die" and restart the game in a new game+, I'm going to try it.

When you say die on story mission to start a NG+, do you mean against characters like Emizel and Fuka?

I managed to solve the problem. For anyone else that gets a bugged customer rank that won't increase, here's what I did. I added a "More Expensive Items" bill, bought an item, then passed "Less Expensive Item" bills until the goods were at the lowest possible cost. I then bought up another item or two, and increased the "More Expensive Items" back up to the level I wanted it (about 4-5 times). After that, it increased just fine.
