    Overview

    Chen hails from China. Her position as the ship's materials expert makes her the ideal person to help explain the technical angles to the usage of forma. Her enthusiasm for her work seems to be shared by her colleague Irving. She seems to have an easy time in adapting to dangerous situations. This is shown in how she "as the new recruit" is less startled by their circumstances, compared to the other long-time members.

    She's calm, and rational, shown in how she's the only to give Captain Jack the benefit of the doubt and judge his character objectively.
