Call Of Juarez : The Cartel 0

The best way I can describe Call Of Juarez: The Cartel is Inconsistent. What begins as an enjoyable experience quickly becomes an aggravating, boring and repetitive mess that has little if not nothing to do with the previous games in the series.   The story of The Cartel is a pretty simple and forgettable one. In the beginning of the game the FBI, DEA and LAPD has begun working together to bring down a section of the Mexican drug cartel. After the beginning cut scene you are give a choice betwee...

    The Wild New West 0

Call of Juarez: The Cartel has changed from it's previous counterparts. No longer taking place in the Wild West, The Cartel puts you in the shoes of three law enforcement agents as they battle against the players in the drug trade, while also dealing with their partners and attempting to determine their own intentions. Ubisoft has changed Call of Juarez. Developers have done this in the past where they breakdown down their games and rebuild them, but it doesn't always come back together again...

Some interesting ideas brought down by the flawed game surrounding them. 0

The RadConceptually interesting interweaving of cooperative and competitive gameplay. The BadNot much in the way of objective variety.Dumb enemy AI.A myriad of other technical issues.I don’t really have any history with the Call of Juarez franchise.I know the previous two entries were Westerns. And this shares at least some aesthetic similarity in that regard. But they bring it to the modern era. Which I’m unsure about.I have to imagine that if you were a fan of the series one of the reasons why wo...

Not the best in the series 0

I am a fan of western games and liked the first two Call of Juarez but why did they go and change the time period and slap Call of Juarez on it? This game reminds me more of a Kane and Lynch game than the previous two games. Some things that bother me is everything seems hazy and sometimes that makes it hard to pick out guys shooting you. Can't stand a death out of nowhere cause you couldn't see some guy ducking out of some corner. Also the game has had some weird glitches for me where I would ha...

    Wosrt then dead island 0

In my last review I mentioned a game called Call of Juarez: The Cartel a few times. Well After writing that review I had the dumb idea to why not rent it and review it. From everything I heard about this game when it came out, nothing has been fixed. I never played a Call of Juarez game and you don't need to because all this game has to do with the other games is that Ben McCall is descendant of Ray McCall. You play as ether Ben McCall, Eddie Guerra, or Kim Evans. All mostly play the same, Kim w...
