Evergreen Mills in the Market Bazaar.
Big Guns - Fort Constantine in the CO Quarters (the little house).
Explosives - WKML Broadcast Station in a sewer behind the station.
Energy Weapons - In Raven Rock in
Colonel Autumn's bedroom.
Lockpick - Bethesda Ruins in the Bethesda Offices East.
Medicine -
Vault 101 on your Dad's medical desk, obtain before leaving the vault.
Melee Weapons - Dunwich Building in the Virulent Underchambers.
Repair - Arefu in Evan King's House.
Science -Vault 106 in the Living Quarters.
Small Guns - National Guard Depot in the National Guard Armory.

Yao Guai Tunnels in the Yao Guai Den.

Paradise Falls in Eulogy's Pad.
Unarmed - Rockopolis, an unmarked point due west of Smith Casey's Garage and north of Girdershade.
