Square Enix have revealed a new DS game called Blood of Bahamut, which seems to have some connection with a older game of theirs on the SNES, Bahamut Lagoon.

There will be two lead protagonists in the game, one is called 'Ibuki' and the other 'Yui'. Both characters live in a fortified city built on the back of a giant who sometimes wakes up, normally during enemy attacks. Blood of Bahamut will feature a co-operative multiplayer mode that caters for up to four players using local wireless but no online Wi-Fi.

Yet another JRPG... Geez, like if we didn't have enough of those.

O yeah it will have 4 player co op, how it works i dont know apparently there will only be 2 active characters. Perhaps the other 2 players will function as support."

Looking at the screens on in the article it looks sort of like the battle system of the tales franchise.

O i found out who is bahamut, it is the dragon figure that is at the top of the teaser site.
