Mind giving us a reason you think this should be a topic? I hate it when people state a question and automatically assume there is enough detail in the post or title to form an opinion off of. It looks like a mediocre shooter from the east that uses micro transactions to allow you to use temporary guns that otherwise would be unfair to use on people that don't shell out the $.
Non free-to-play games are financed by investment or previously earned capital under the assumption that a game will make money through sales to recoup the cost and turn a profit.
Free-to-play games can be similarly financed, but recoup their costs through smaller payments from consumers, commonly referred to as "micro transactions".

Why shouldn't it be a topic? I think it's safe to assume that the OP realises it's a free to play game (something you can easily find out by clicking the "Overview" link in the menu for a description of the game) but is not sure how microtransactions will play a part in the business model. This is an entirely fair question, because it's not completely obvious what they intend to sell or monetize just by looking at their website or the wiki on GB.
