Joel Gluck was in high school when he wrote this tank battle game for the Atari Program eXchange. He was paid in computers and accessories as part of the reward program for publishing his work, and later, when a student at MIT, he was approached by a promotions department to be photographed in an actual tank wearing a tanker's helmet-- though his feelings about the event now are mostly embarrassment, as he was unrecognizable in the photograph.
