Overview
Originally built by Dr. Gero, powered with the cells of incredible warriors and the most brilliant scientists. Android 21 has the power to absorb other strong fighters and add their powers to her own. Her desire for consuming other fighters are similar to that of her fellow android, Cell, to which he also remarks upon during the game's story. She has a split-personality, one that is harmless and nurturing, and another that is sadistic and power hungry in vein of Majin Buu. She rebuild Android 16 to help her utilize "Linking" technology, using Earthling souls, to suppress her hunger. In her violent trans-formative state, she has the ability to turn anyone she wants into candy, and eat them. Another trait similar to that of Majin Buu.
