Overview
The twin sister of Alphinaud and grandaughter of Archon Louisoux, Alisaie much like her brother seeks to follow in their grandfather’s footsteps in protecting Eorzea from various internal and external threats. Her desire to come to Eorzea was to discover the what became of her grandfather after the Calamity, which she eventually does thanks to the Warrior of Light.
While her brother might be ahead of her in terms of diplomatic skills she makes up for in spunk and pragmatism. She’s generally more emotional and sympathetic towards the plight of the people around her, sometimes even her enemies like the late Legatus Nael van Darnus of the VIIth Imperial Legion laying flowers on her grave after discovering all the horrible things that happened to her.
Being more pragmatic than her brother generally means that Alisaie has no love for the petty internal politics of the city states. She finds it downright disgusting when the leaders of the Grand Companies would choose to make the remembrance ceremony of the Fallen heroes of the Calamity as a rallying cry for political gain and omit its purpose as a remembrance ceremony.
