A subject of the 'W' project helmed by Ozwell E. Spencer, much like Albert Wesker. Alex is first physically introduced in Resident Evil: Revelations 2, while also being the game's primary antagonist.

M.O.D.O.K. is a supervillain from Marvel Comics. His name stands for Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing.
Spencer is the President and Co-Founder of the Umbrella Corporation.
Resident Evil 5 antagonist and B.O.W. arms dealer.
A fictional villain in the Marvel universe with the ability to copy the physical movements of anyone he observes. He has used these skills to gain fame and fortune, and also a government mandated job.
The two are long-time partners in creating the T-Virus, working against James Marcus, and taking his research. When Wesker is leaving Umbrella, Birkin gives him a sample of the virus.
