Duke Nukem WILL come out. I follow the twitter of one of the DNF devs and he always posts update about the game "working on the menu, controls" Hes convinced me.

I don't want to live in a world without DNF!

As far as the shutting down of 3D Realms goes.... well... I can't say I am totally surprised. I've often wondered how they've managed to stay in business for about the last decade.
