10 Amazingly Awful Games Vol 2

Overview

10 Amazingly Awful Games Vol 2 is a collection of 10 games developed and published by Boddicker Games for Xbox 360 (Xbox Live Indie Games).

Gameplay

Like its predecessor, 10 Amazingly Awful Games Vol 2 contains 10 different games in varying genres. The games included are:

Blobby Bobby

In Blobby Bobby players control a red blob character that looks similar to a Pac-Man ghost. The game is a 2D platformer that has players running from the left side of the screen to the right avoiding obstacles and collecting beans along the way.

Fruit Defender

Fruit Defender is a rhythm based game in which there is a circle in the middle of the screen with a small box above, below, to the left, and to the right of it. There are pieces of fruit that come towards the boxes and the corresponding face button must be pressed on the controller when the fruit is inside the box.

Grid Warrior

Grid Warrior is an action game that is similar to Space Invaders. Players control a spaceship at the bottom of the screen while geometric shapes come in from the top. Players need to shoot at these shapes while only being able to move left and right. The shapes will also shoot down at the player.

I Madez A Clone Wiv Zombies Innit!

This game is a top down twin stick shooter. Players travel through levels with the left stick while aiming with the right stick. The R button shoots the current gun the player has. There are zombies that come from all directions which will kill the player immediately when coming into contact.

Lame Invaders II

Lame Invaders II is a side-scrolling space shoot 'em up. Players control a spaceship while trying to navigate the auto-scrolling levels. The game contains obstacles and enemies that must be avoided or shot. There are power ups that will allow the player to shoot multiple directions.

Nastyroids

Nastyroids is a very similar game to Asteroids. Players control a space ship in a top down action game. There is a thrust button and a fire button while the left stick rotates the ship. Unlike Asteroids players are bound to stay within the screens boundaries and will not go off the screen and come out on the other side. There are floating asteroids in each stage that must be destroyed.

Seeker

Seeker is a top down action-adventure style game. In Seeker players control a ship that must navigate a maze of rooms in order to find the key cards and move on. Along the way there are multiple enemies that must be avoided or shot. Players can only fire left or right and can access a map at any time.

Stormwheel

Stormwheel is a top down driving game. In Sotrmwheel players try to reach an end goal before running out of lives. Players are equipped with a gun to shoot enemy cars or destroy obstacles. There is also a jump that allows the car to leap across gaps in the road.

Terror Tunnel

In Terror Tunnel players control a set of five turrets at the bottom of a screen. While going down a tunnel players are trying to defend the turrets from falling debris. Players control the firing of these turrets by aiming a targeting reticle and using the right trigger to fire.

Viper Wing

Viper Wing is a vertical scrolling 2D shoot 'em up. Players control a space ship that must avoid or destroy various enemies and flying debris.
