Overview
Wheel of Fortune: Junior Edition is a 1989 adaptation of the TV game show Wheel of Fortune, following the 1988 NES adaptation with one designed for younger audiences. The various phrases and names that the player must find via a game of Hangman have been made easier to solve, with a stronger emphasis on contemporary pop culture. The game is functionally identical to its predecessor, but for the new phrases.
The game was released on the same month as Jeopardy! Junior Edition, another TV game show adaptation which followed a similar "for kids" concept.
