What's the point of this? You want "Rock Band"-ing? Get, y'know. Rock Band. Or if you want to be really crazy, Guitar Hero.

I understand what they're doing.  This gives them a way to incorporate more mainstream pop into the game, without actually watering down the "official" Rock Band games.

Mainstream pop = Sales.  They know what they're doing.

While nobody on this site is probably going to be interested, this game is actually a really good idea. My little cousin always wants to play rockband with me, but he doesn't recognize any of the songs and usually finds it too hard. Since this is aimed at kids, my little cousin would probably recognize the songs and it would probably easier for him to play.

I need more spazzy lego dancing, and I may just buy this game.
