Vicky, better known as Icky Vicky is Timmy's meanest 16 year old babysitter and worst nightmare as she appears as the main antagonist along Mr. Crocker and Francis and she refers to Timmy by calling him TWERP!.

She is the manager of her own Babysitting Service B.R.A.T. (Babysitters Raging Against Twerps) along with other babysitters as she had friends in Frenemy Mine.

Despiteful of her job, Vicky interests are being soo rich and powerful, torturing children (mainly to Timmy, Chester, A.J. and even for her little sister Tootie and conquering the world as she cheats her own ways such as competing in contests and she had her love interest such an alien from outer space Mark Chang who seems to be interested of her looks.

She appeared as antagonist and boss character in game Fairly OddParents: Breakin' Da Rules
